Dear Students,
Welcome to our very own South Suburban College High School Equivalency website and blog page. I am extremely excited about the new semester and all the new experiences and knowledge we'll share. I know that it's going to be a great year as we travel this journey together. As I tell students, this is not the end of your journey, but the beginning. Hopefully, this experience will serve as a catalyst to inspire you to continue to pursue goals, realize dreams, and find that one thing in life that gives you a sense of purpose and accomplishment. Whether your future goals include finding a job, improving your current job, or, perhaps, furthering your education, achieving the GED diploma will open doors and provide opportunities in the near and distant future. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to help you achieve success and realize your dreams!
That being said, I also welcome the opportunity to get to know each of you a little better. In three to six sentences, tell me and fellow students a little about yourself. You can tell us about your family, your interests, your future goals, why you chose South Suburban College, or whatever you're comfortable sharing.
I do hope that this is the first of many times you'll visit our Weebly site. I'm confident that you'll find it an excellent means of staying connected as a class and keeping abreast of things we share in class. I will make every effort necessary to use it as a beneficial tool and resource for you.
Thanks for sharing on the blog. I wish you all a productive, successful, and enjoyable semester.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Johnson
